2021 California Rosé
Varietals: 95% Pinot Gris 5% Petit Sirah
Tart berries and herbs. Carbonic maceration for 16 days before pressing into neutral french oak. Spontaneously fermented, unfined, unfiltered, no added SO2. At bottling: free SO2 <2mg/L, total SO2 <5mg/L, 0.1g/L residual sugar.
Local pickup window is during the Vinca Minor weekend tasting room hours. Sat + Sun 12-4pm. Please bring your confirmation email and ID when you come to collect your order. Thank you!
