2021 Puppy Love Fruit Wine
Apples and pears fermented on pressed red grape skins. Not a wine, not a cider, not a perry, not a piquette but a little bit of all those things. An experiment to see what would happen if I fermented apples and pears on the pressed skins of Valdiguié and Carignan. Bottled with a touch of fermenting apple juice to finish fermentation in bottle. The end product is a super whacky, fruity, and fun juice.
Spontaneously fermented, unfined, unfiltered, no added SO2.
